1piece of chocolate in a cup of coffee, yogurt for breakfast
Salad and koya tofu miso soup for lunch
Shabu shabu (pork and lamb) and natto for dinner

No starchy foods yesterday. Water inside of my body was out and lost a few grams.
44.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
