Had to start all over again this week. Was sick, and well depression is an up and down battle for me, not ready for anti depressants yet. I put on a few kgs but back down to a comfortable weight. I hope that I start to feel better emotionally with the weightloss 🤞🏼and its just an hormonal thing but if not, I need to consider starting a new health journey, Mental health 🙏🏼. Have a great weekend guys 🫶🏼 Oh and I'm eating vegetables and soya only for the moment, seems to be the only good stuff for my body right now.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wish you all the strength foe your healthy journey 🙏 💪 ❤ Try doing something different even if you go for a walk take a different route or do the same route but do it the other way round...it helps a lot with depression take care try find someone you can chat to someone that won't judge you.
