Decided to put off the Gym til Saturday so Hubby & I can go together. The tree guys came today & took down several trees. I also got new mulch on my garden paths 😁 They had a truck load of nice oak wood mulch from a previous job. One of the guys unloaded & spread it on the paths for me. They're coming back Monday to take down the big tree by our deck & chip branches from the trees they cut today.

Instead, I went into town & went to the library & bought groceries. Needed fresh fruit & veggies & something to cook the next few nights.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
