Ya’ll! This is awesome!👏🏻 Super stoked! Calories were less yesterday. More protein. Not even a walking day! Stopped eating at 6:30pm, waited until 9:30pm to lie down (acid reflux), read for 15 minutes and bam, time for restful sleep until awoke at 4:30am without an alarm. Sinus drainage did encourage me to get up, but worth it! 🥳
