Did much better at recording my intake yesterday. Moved the dark chocolate bar out of my office. It's such a psych game. I actually have a half-pkg of my favorite cookies in this house, but they're in a cabinet where I can't see them. Out of sight, out of mind. I allow myself to take them to my friend's house when we watch a movie, but I have a rule about not eating them here. Had to cut my morning walk short today -- workmen coming over. Feel like I'll do better today.
2:00pm - Orkin sprayed our house. I always feel like my throat is closing up afterwards. Worried how this may affect our dog and cats.
