been really focusing on getting 100g of protein daily, veggies, hydration, and staying active & flexible 🙂
60.7 kg Lost so far: 29.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
