I'm all over the place. Need consistency.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Baby steps. Focus on one or two positive habits, get consistent with them. Then add a couple more. That’s what seems to be effective for me when I lose my way.
