I'm struggling to break into the 70's and my hormones are all out of whack, my period has been cycling between being early and super late and I used to be an on time all the time girl, so that's frustrating but I'll keep at the exercise and hopefully see some results.
80.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

literally in the same situation 🙃 I am gonna try the PCOS girlies advice and try eating like 40-50g protein for breakfast and then have my meals descend in size/cals as the day progresses and see if that makes a difference. cause I have tried everything else....

@Kaybearable why must women's bodies be so complicated?😭 thank you for the advice. I will definitely be joining you or the morning protein. That's the easiest habit for me to start right now. I hope to come back with a positive report.

This was me for almost 8years, decided to go to the doctor and my hormones were out of whack and I was insulin resistant. Fixed that and I’m finally losing weight!

I was there, too. I think you might be overdoing the workouts? try to do strength training instead of hiit. Our bodies go into high cortisol with too much at once. And yes, your protein and healthy fats are key, but don't skip your carbs either 🥲

Try going vegeterian for a while. You will be surprised how much of an influence the added hormones to your meat have on your cycle.
