ugh still bloated and not going back down 👇 yet but it should go back down to 290lb anyways.....
132.3 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hate when I drop down lower than I was like I did Tues I was 290.2 lb and then wed,today weigh in with a gain. Has to be sodium or water weight should go back down 👇 tho

It is a bummer when it happens but the gain does help me figure out what foods im reactive to and which foods will cause me to have gut inflammation. i know, its still a bummer but a temporary one!
