woke up bloated only slept 4hrs bad storm and anxiety from yesterday probably little bit of the reason for the gain it should go back down....
132.1 kg Lost so far: 28.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It has been crazy since yesterday evening. Nutty wind. From 77 to 29 this morning.

Yes it's freezing weather here today also yesterday we ran errands most of the day and finally got home about 1pm then back to pickup my truck from the shop they fixed the recall on it... it started last night here and now so cold this morning....
