Weight down, measuments down, lean body mass up......I'll call that a win for the week. I've had to lower the intensity of my workouts this week because I'm having some issues with my foot. Not an ideal time for a flare up but I'm not giving up. I hope for a loss throughout next week but I'll also be happy with maintaining. Have a great weekend everyone!!
