Disappointing weigh in today. I had zero change. I'm getting my steps in, I'm working out consistently and improving my eating habits. Sigh, just another hurdle to overcome. Back to the drawing board to figure out what is holding me back. Here's hoping for better results next week. Have a great weekend everyone!!

Right there with you this week! Felt like I hit a wall. But lil by little

Plateaus are normal. Give it a few days to see if it works itself out. If you’re doing all the right things, calories in vs calories out etc you should see a change soon. Remember it’s normal for your body to retain water as well.
