Stayed the same it's been hard to get that swoosh back down this week, woke up Monday at 293 ate a brownie and ice-cream with chocolate syrup and woke up Tues morning at 296 now it's down to 295.4 but don't want to go any lower maybe in couple more days it drop back down... Dr appt yesterday she noticed first thing I was sick and sent me in some cough syrup and steroids to my pharmacy which I most likely won't take the steroids unless I get worse as they will cause weight gain.... I am feeling better except the migraine and congestion anyway... legs are feeling better today did run some errands yesterday and then came home and was tired so nap time it was... today gonna have vegetable soup for supper ... I love it but I use can vegetable to make it and the sodium content is higher than I like...

You can rinse the canned veggies and get rid of up to 60% of the sodium content. We used to have our dialysis patients do that. Or use no salt added canned veggies.
