temporary gain because I had a brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on it at 6:30pm something I rarely eat and haven't eaten in months now I tried resisting the craving for it all day and aunt flo decided she was going to try show up early I finally gave in and ate it ugh won't be doing that again it should go back down in couple days...on the bright side this morning aunt flo had left thank God cause she was early anyway and I prefer to not see her this month...
my legs are so sore it's hard to stand up I think that it's from when I was shopping on Sunday morning I was squatted down getting items from the bottom shelf for a few minutes and now both legs behind the knees are very sore I'm sure it's just where I normally do not do that and I'm outta shape... Going to have to work at getting back in Shape with baby steps once I have surgery and heal up and can walk around good the plan is to start off walking 15-30min at time and build up each week maybe add more time on it that way I'm not sore like I am now... my goal for this month is to loose 10lb and get up and move more also at home or shopping as much as I can tolerate ... especially since at the time and for the last 2years my hubby has done all the cooking and cleaning and groc shopping due to my knee and me not being able to walk more than 3-4min unless I am leaning on a shopping cart or something ... also only slept 4hrs and 30min last night so I'm sure that's also why I am up 2lb but mostly due to the brownie and ice cream...
had my water 💦 this morning and breakfast now going to try and walk around the house and walk some of the soreness outta my legs...
134.3 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
