Enormous weight loss in one day (2kg) I think shows water retention from carbs eaten on holiday. Also shows you can eat pretty much what you want whilst away but need to kick it back into touch straight away once back to avoid larger/more permanent gain. Still in pain from over eating sugar but hopefully that will ease in time.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
