I may have to tweak my workout to accommodate what seems like prolapsed uterus. Gotta love my body so she'll work well into the future. 🤍

Morti, pretty sure that's the case, but it'll be fine. In fact, way better for me to heed the warning now than wait and cause myself further agitation by ignoring it, or worse, no longer working out. It just means I need to do things differently. I'm the queen of adapting. 😁 I'll be totally fine. 💙 Thank you for the love. It is always so needed. 💙 You are an amazing person.

Thank you, Diana 💙 I am not in any pain or even discomfort. At this stage in my life, I am not creating emotional anxiety over non-existent problems... it takes a lot to rock my boat. 😉

Honeebuns, thank you💙 I am not in pain. A little concerned but not in pain. And I am not really suffering mental anguish; I just know it is important that I call the doctor on Monday. 🤍 There is nothing for me to 'do' right now aside from accepting things as they are.

Updating this. Bad news is I correctly identified the issue but the GOOD NEWS is that it is not advanced and doctor said I could still workout. No running, jumping or super heavy weights. A lot of reps with less weight and I'll be fine! I'm super relieved.

BTW getting a hysterectomy if you need one is a breeze! Not a fun condition to have.

jenjabba, thank you so much. 💙 I did consider that as a possible outcome. My doctor let me know that, most likely, my workout routine was the culprit. It was not appropriate for my situation and now I'm shifting a bit to accommodate. I am grateful to have noticed that something was off before things got problematic.
