Just the same. Back to normal eating except for dry January. Missed a week of exercise due to the cold but back on it on Saturday. Its amazing how much free time I have when I don't go to the gym/pool. Probably too much free time 😀😀😀

I know the feeling Anne ……. Can’t believe how challenging it is at times to cycle or jog for an hour, nightmare work /life balance but it won’t beat me no way !

I’d love the choice occasionally Anne - just sitting down to start some home office based work now :( 7pm on a Sunday ahhh well !
