Went on the Vshred carb cycling program. They provided an actual menu and a food list/workout regiment which I’ve followed since Monday. Was stuck at 262 for months. 258 today and my blood sugar numbers are way better.
117.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
