yes starting this week off with another pound down. got me some weights and kettleball 10lb yesterday and jumped rope which not sure I can usevitvwith my leg and knee but did get some more bands to use and hopefully I'll be able to use the ab roller soon, best part of it was it was all a penny each....
137.3 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
