I have adapted my food intake and exercise to my circumstances and ... successfully maintained my weight. Figure its probably a loss of muscle mass but what the hey, no gain is always good news.

This month at work has been manic for food treats ... birthdays, retirements, promotions are celebrated with food. For the most part I avoided snacking. Patting self on back.

Aerobic fitness is suffering as very little swimming and cycling. As for running ... can't remember whence I last pounded the streets. I do have a nice new pair of whizzy shorts that can at least look the part.

Looking forward to summer. Keep safe out there over the bank holiday.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
