ugh bloated and not feeling well!!!

sick and eating too much and bad foods since Monday ugh esp this morning having pancake and syrup I know why I don't eat them and they are way too much carbs for today my calories are 1881 a little bit over the 1700 I want to stick with but omg the carbs I ate ate 250g nooo I can't do that again....I usually only eat pancake maybe 1time a year and sometimes not even that..But being sick and in the bed has me eating too much carbs and calories since Mon so I will have to fast the rest of the day or maybe have a pickle...I will get back on track starting today....keep me in your prayers and thoughts that I can get back to eating lower carbs and calories and not gain weight oh and then the sodium level is 4521mg today way too much...

anyone else eat bad when they are sick? I'm just praying I don't gain any weight with eating that much carbs this morning we will see how it goes and also still have no bm probably because I have eaten worse for the last 3days ...

I am recovering from the flu. While I was sick, I upped my daily calories to maintenance level (1,800 for me). This allowed me to recover without losing progress or being too restrictive. Now that I'm better, I went back to loss mode (1500 calories a day).
