Doesn't sound like a big problem.

A 50 lb loss is a really big deal! Congratulations. I too gained over the Holidays. Actually, I gained about 3 sizes last year since I lost control after our daughter died. My first goal for 2024 is to give up sugary sweets or maybe allow myself to have 1 or 2 a month until I lose a certain amount of weight. I haven't decided what level that will be. I see you eat sweets too. It's hard giving them up, isn't it? They are so addicting. The older we get the harder it is to lose. Realistically if I want to lose much, I'll have to give up bread for a time. I'm not counting calories right now, but it's a good thing to do. I'm trying to extend my fasting hours each day an hour or two more than my usual 16.
