Going to be completely honest with you, opening up about disorders eating is hard. I’m so grateful someone did it first bc this had messed up my journey badly. For context, i lost weight healthily in 2020, without an idea of calories, just losing weight healthily without disparaging thoughts and binging
and unfortunately i spiralled into a deep dark place of constant restriction and binging and an endless cycle and messed up my metabolism so now i just cycled between the same 5 kilos. Then this year i had a terrible heartbreak and lost weight due to that too. and once i started eating normally, i gained it back :(
it’s been so hard and i’m really trying and feel so disappointed but I know through God anything is possible.
Hoping to heal my relationship with food indefinitely and finally lose weight in a proper healthy manner
