Jay!!! Below 60kg!......But can someone tell me WHY on earth is it always jùst before a weekend....

59.7 kg Lost so far: 32.3 kg. Still to go: 5.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
