This is a pattern with me. Start off motivated and disciplined in the morning and by 3pm it's a snacking free for all.
Just read a noom lesson about eating scripts. I don't get to hang out with my daughter very often so when she visits and has time, we like to watch movies and snack mindlessly. She's thin and never eats as much as I do although she will eat junk food. Last night it was leftover Halloween candy and popcorn. I piled those calories on top of leftover high-calorie Thanksgiving pork with bread stuffing. I hit 2101 calories before the night was over.
I need to get rid of all the holiday leftovers. My salad greens are wilting. I could have had a cup of coffee instead of junk food.
