it's slow after 3 days of holiday eating last week, it will probably take a week to get back down, sleep was 4hrs again but I did stay up for 2 hrs and then go back to bed from 2am-6am. so I'm sooo happy I got a few extra hours of sleep just wish I could get them all together. Having roast and vegetables today for supper.
140.7 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 40.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
