temporary gain but I know it will come back off but it will take a few days of eating better not as much sodium..We are doing our Thanksgiving dinner today, Menu is going to be Ham, stuffing mashed potatoes ,gravy ,corn,rolls and pecan and apple Dutch pie..lots carbs sodium I will still track what I eat and going to try and stay at least under 2500 calories but my favorite thing is pecan pie,at 530 calories for one slice...ugh hopefully I can get through this day and not gain a bunch of weight and then I can get back to working on loosing what I have gain in water weight here in last 4-5days...
141.0 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 41.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
