When I'm momsitting, I tend to slack off my diet and that's dangerous. "I'll just have 1 cookie. Just 1 peanutbutter cup." It didn't show up on the scale today, but I've got to stop being so weak. One thing I remember in the Noom tips was to ask myself questions before I cave in to my craving. Why do I want that cookie? Is there something else I could do instead of having that cookie? Is the taste really worth it? Just put the brakes on before I act.
We may take a drive today because the fall color is at peak here. I better take an apple with me for a safe fill-up to avoid wanting fast food on the drive.
