got some good sleep last night and just woke up at 5:30am that's 8hr sleep yay but I'm still bloated from the bottle of water I drank late right before bed but it will go back down in few days..
142.0 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
