I'm dropping retained fluid today.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 40.6 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you !! Me too. I had 2 days of meals with too much salt, and gained a bunch of water weight. It's coming off, slowly, again,....:)
