Day 1 eating plan:
Breakfast-
x2 boiled eggs
x2 slices rye
Half cup pineapple cubes
Coffee with milk no sugar/sweetner

Lunch:
Tin fish breyani with tastic rice

Supper, will be:
Beef stew with green beans no starches.
Meat porttion:hand size portion

I love that my dietician designed my eating plan that suits my monthly budget and monthly grocery shopping,win win for me🤗🙌
95 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
