weighed in couple hours early today and was 314 but at breakfast and had a bottle of water and slept about a hour nap and rewighedin and it was 313.2 so that's what I am recording as the first time I weighed in was hours early From the time I usually do the weigh in.
142.1 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 42.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I meant I re weighed in, my phone was typing some crazy stuff this morning only slept 4hrs at first but after breakfast and a nap I actually went back down to what I was the other day.

i only weigh when i wake up before drinking or eating. I still have fluctuations. Then I know if I'm dehydrated or not getting my electrolytes. you're doing great!
