Was not too keen on weighing myself but met with a dietician today. The heaviest I have ever been. Dietician has given me a eating plan which I trust will give me lots more structure with my eating and lose the weight🤗🤗🤗
98.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

I was literally looking at dietitian yesterday because I’m thinking of going to one myself. I’d love to see my body composition, because we always so harsh on ourselves sometimes it turns out you have more muscle than fat when the scale goes up. Must be nice to have a plan. That’s the one thing I hate which I think most can relate is the number one question everyday ‘what’s for supper?’ Lol 😂
