My journey started in Oct 2022, burn-out & hitting rock bottom was the catalyst that kick started my journey. The Bariatric Team of Zuid Afrikaans Hospital literally saved my life & gave me back my sparkle ✨. My BMI started at 62.9% in Nov 2022, I am now at 32.5%. My brain is still trying to catch-up to my new reality. My saving grace as been team that supports me & psychologist that not only understands me but my struggle. To all struggling, it is hard to ask for help at first but it gets easier. The kindness of strangers astounds me every day🥰
106.3 kg Lost so far: 43.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
