Just got home from taking a road trip from tenn to Vermont for 11 days. Took my mom to her old stopping grounds for her 85th birthday. Picked up my sister in western Massachusetts. We had a great time, I thought I would gain more as we ate well and I had very little exercise. Now back to it!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
