uugh no change and fasted 13hrs only slept 4hrs and late on my monthly cycle I'm wandering if the hormones from not starting yet are part of the reason I have gotten a little bit of a gain and not dropped it back off yet. my vacation starts Tuesday I'm so ready..
143.2 kg Lost so far: 16.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations on going the 13 hours of fasting. Next you may be able to go 14 hours. I have found that when I get hungry if I can get through a few minutes or a half hour most of the time the hunger will fade for a while. Maybe having some water might placate you for a little while. Did you say the other day that you weighed after drinking water? What would be the purpose of that? I think it's normal to gain weight with your period, I did.

Most times I fast about 14-16hrs except for the week before my period I eat more and fast less than normal and then once I start my weight goes back down due to the water gain from bloating and I should have started by now and didn't I'm hoping I'm done with it since I have had hot flashes for years now and hoping I'm thru menapouse but I'm only 45yrs old so I may still have a few years left. I know the weight gain of almost 2pounds is due to bad sleep and water weight and I am going to get it back to 14-16hr fasts as I do better at loosing weight like that. I also tend not to loose for 2weeks out of the month and that's over for this month now so hopefully it is time for a big woosh.. thank you snowhite.. for your help and support..
