I feel like I'm gaining more fat than muscle now and I have a much less active job full time, so I'm bumping my calories back down some and get a little more strict with my eating. I was getting to loose with my eating habits.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
