only slept 4hrs drank over a half gallon of water which is more than I normally drink and only fasted 12hrs but have been getting in more exercise than I was so hopefully this will drop back off there in next few days.
143.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
