uugh up and down and up again mostly because I drank usually 64oz of water and drank a lot more than that yesterday and went over on my calories by 100, and over on carbs too, along with no Bowel movement for couple days and stress, and only slept about 4hours.. today I will be doing better even though I got more exercise than I normally do yesterday I'm still up. I am going to be trying to do better today and see if I can get it back down....
143.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
