well, I don't see the 190s often, but when I do it's because of a busy day to day and eating take out more frequently. it's been enjoyable after a diligent regimen but it's a reminder to get back to the basics. macro tracking and keeping fat below 35% of daily calories...
86.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

I see the 190s way too often.

Oh yes, it is frustrating, I couldn't leave 190s behind for well over 3 years.. it took restructuring my macros to figure it out. At the end of the day, if fat is above 40% I gain... I need to aim to have protein 50/ carbs 30/ fat 20 is my goal today. Plan foods, then stick to the plan.

Dazy if you eat more proteins and don’t gain vs fat that means you aren’t really in a deficit. Being that proteins have a 30% thermic effect. So adding more protein into your calories is creating more of a deficit.

What I didn't say is that I was going to prioritize higher protein. My fat has been too high lately..
