Back home to my scales. Not bad after a slightly indulgent weekend. A lot of my choices were good, but I did have a few treats 😁

Back to the Gym today.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
