uugh another day or eating more carbs yesterday I just felt so hungry and then eating crappy food gotta do better than I have been doing this week I've went over Calories a couple days and went over carbs a couple days. gotta stick to the 1500-1600 calories I was eating. it could be because it's also that time of the month for me and I usually eat more than normal the week before I start and then once I start I go back to normal eating or less.. still gotta do better I'm still bloated also and only fasted 12hr that's probably part of it to.
147.4 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 47.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Prepare some healthy snacks and stick to those choices. I keep jammy boiled eggs in the fridge. If I'm really hungry, they taste delicious, but if I'm just feeling noshy, they're unappetising, so that tells me that I'm not really hungry and it's time to drink a big glass of water.

Same here. I do well some days and receive no reward for it and then do bad some days and remain the same. So not working.

I actually weighed in again at 8am and after I ate breakfast and drank a bottle of water and weight went down to 324 which was good but out and About shopping and paying bills today I ate pizza so I will see if that hurts me in the morning.
