It's going the right way, but very slow progress. I keep self sabotaging and I am trying hard not to. I am aware of what I do and the triggers so I am working hard on replacing my unhelpful habits with more helpful ones. Mindset and awareness is key to progress. Slow progress is good sustainable progress.
