Bike again today. Pushed to 3.5 miles. Tried to push the pace, but the last .5 was much slower. I’ll work on that in the future. My knees are full of fluid so I’m also trying to increase the range of motion so I can get back to pedaling on the balls of my feet. I consider it a success overall.
