I'm sooo upset with myself!!!! Today I start again, I feel very giving up completely!
Any advice on strength training welcome!
108.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, I started walking again today, I will weigh myself in September again, it's just so discouraging.... I'm a night snacker, when my toddler sleep, it's some me time and I tend to snack on sweets and chips. During the day I do well, but night time🙈
