down a little bit but I did weigh in couple hours early and I only got 4hr sleep last night I woke up after 2hours and broke my fast because I felt so hungry and I ate ice cream one serving late at 10pm I usually don't never eat that late but have you ever had a day when you just couldn't get full well that was me yesterday. and my husband was the same way so I am sure most of it was in the mind. getting ready to do the chair exercises and stretches and resistance bands for the arms. I have a busy day today and leg is still sore but I'm going to try to walk around as much as I can.
151.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 52.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can't stay on my path when there's ice cream in the fridge. Consider getting it and other junk food out of the house. If you only have healthy food in the house, then you will be less likely to eat poorly. True hunger signals get jammed by hyper-palatable (addictive) foods.
