couldn't do my 1mile walk yesterday due to knee hurting so bad but will try to do it again today. wanna do it at least 4x a week or more.
151.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 51.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you Debra I am so happy to be loosing more because there for about 2weeks I stayed the same weight and went up and down for the same 1-2 pounds but Happy to see it going down.

Knee pain is not fun, and can slow down your weight loss progress. Exercise is a critical component to a healthy lifestyle. If you have a gym membership, you might try using an eliptical machine. Eliptical machines are usually easier on the knees.
