I still fighting this couple pounds of up and down for the last 2weeks now especially this week since I have about 2days before mensie starts ugh I wish I could be done for good with it. but I am pretty sure I am in premenapause . anyway after that comes and goes we will see if I can drop off a few more pounds. Did work out with the resistance bands for the arms this morning and get ready to do the 1mile walk at home. did fasted for 12hours bec woke up at 3am hungry and couldn't wait to eat.
153.4 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 53.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you SaranC. Daily resistance band work will help build lean muscle and burn more cals. One day at a time and you will get there.

Thank you annis I am trying to get different exercises done like chair exercises and the 1mile walk at home and resistance bands as I have lost muscle tone in my arms and need to build it back up.
