home scale and am I don't know why I keep going up and down for the same pound or two but it's time the scale keep going down instead of up and down. this week I'm going to try to exercise more and fast longer than I have been getting it done.
153.9 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 54.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is frustrating Sara, keep moving forward, I'm done with the challenge so you won't see anymore weigh-ins from me till Sunday and Monday when I do my post fast, and rebound weights. I know you feel like you should be seeing more movement on the scale because you are working so hard. The body likes to stay the same, it's called Homeostasis, you are moving it out of it's comfort zone and it will fight you. You just keep pecking away at it and it will give in a little at a time. You are doing great!

The easiest way to fast longer is to push your breakfast later. I think a 10 hour eating window is a good place to be. Dr Mindy Pels told a story of one of her patients that lost 100 lb by eating in a 10 hour window, stopping seed oils, and stopping soda. It's sort of a trick, because nearly all processed foods contain seed oils, so when he started reading food labels, he realized his favorite snacks were off the menu! 😅

When I go up and down at the 1-3 pounds thats usually my plateau. I hate it cause it can be decieving if the 3stays longer than a day then I'm at an upward spiral... (like now)
