I did my exercises this morning and 10min again and then I did 50reps for one that is supposed to help with loosing belly fat. Anyway getting a little bit more exercise in than I did previously. Home scale and am is 339 which is up a little bit but I think it is just bloating since I was really bloated all day yesterday. everyone have a great weekend.....
153.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's the way to do it! Bump up the activity as tolerated 😊 I beg you please not to be discouraged when you show an increase when weighing daily or twice a day or 10 times a day. Your body weight shifts several times a day depending on what you put in and what comes back out. Don't let that pesky scale rule your life!

keep up the good work; some days you just don't the number you were expecting, it happens to everyone. use it as a little push to focus on what you want to accomplish today toward your goal

Thank you everyone I appreciate your support and help and I am so determined to get more exercise and eat better than I was before which I am eating healthier than I did before but I still have cheat meals because I know if I deprive myself from it I won't stick to it. I had lost 110 pounds in 2014 but I walked alot because I had no vehicle and I was on drugs and I basically starved myself and ate a can of pinto beans a day Because that's all the food I had I spent my money on pills that I got addicted to from a prescription my doctor gave me for years due to excruciating pain and I lost 110 lbs in 3mo that was crazy doctor keep asking how I lost it but I was just telling her walking allot. Then I got clean and sober and gained the weight back and plus an extra 50pounds and I have been battling since then to get it back off there . In 2020 I got down to 310lbs felt better but then I got depression and anxiety and ptsd going on from alot of things I couldn't control, lost baby brother his wife basically murdered him and I wasn't there.

To help him to pull him out of a burning shed she locked him in and he burnt alive that really bother me so much still does today but I am getting better I got so depression I just laid around and slept and couldn't walk much due to knee problem and I gained the weight back I lost I got back to 374 my doctor put me on ozempic for pre diabetes because I asked her for something to help me loose weight and it helped me get to 353lbs which is about 21lbs lost but took a year because I never quit drinking alot of Mt dew and never ate better. I did not eat as much due to the shot but I drank Mt dew and ate out alot and never really paid attention to how much calories and carbs I ate but I will say my carb intake form just Mt dew a day was 195mg alone then with food I'm going to guess and say I probably ate anywhere between 400-500g carbs a day. Now I'm tracking everything and eating more fruit and vegetables and protein and I only have 1nt dew a day I'm getting ready to cut that out completely. I drink more water and it's helping me loose weight but I'm trying to get more exercise as I can especially with a bad knee.

Sara, thank you for sharing that with us. I understand how grief and anger can put you into a downward spiral. It takes a lot to pull yourself out and make the changes that will lead you to a healthy and better quality life. I am so proud of you and you should be proud of you too. I tend to be long winded....ask me what time it is and I will tell you how the watch works. LOL, just know we are loving you and cheering for you on your journey to a better life!!! Much Love!!

Thank you so much Debra I really appreciate it and hugs and love to you and everyone else also I'm so happy that I found fat secret the ppl here have helped me more than you realize especially you and zena and few other people who have help me out and I can never repay you all but just know Debra you inspired me to do better and Zena too both of you I try my best to learn from and see what you both are doing to get good results and I have learned so much from you both. Sorry this is so long as you can tell I'm long winded to and a talker. I actually did my second set of exercise of 50reps I saw it on FB and it says for the tummy area to help loose it put both hands up against the wall and bring both legs up and down and do it 50 times 2 times a day and I felt so good about being able to do that.

Debra you are doing awesome yourself and Zena warrior princess is doing awesome I'm so proud of you both and so happy for you both. I know you will be hitting your goals and even go further than that I'm always going to be routing for you both and others.

Are those standing squats, or side leg lifts, either one are great modified exercises, if you wanted to change it an arm work out, just step back away from the wall an extra foot and then lean forward and put your hands back on the wall and spread them out to shoulder width, then bend your elbows and go forward with your body and try to touch the wall with your face. I do squats like that holding onto my porch rail, it makes my hip holler, but I have been doing them anyway. I do them slow and I only do 6 or so at a time. I should do more and as my hip pain diminishes, I will. I can't do side leg lifts with my right leg at all, I can get it up about 6 inches off the floor but that is it. I'm glad you are getting fresh motivation. You deserve a healthy body and a happier life, it's funny how having one, kind of invites the other. Be kind to your self, love your self, that makes you beautiful inside as well as outside. Have a great evening Sara!

Thank you Debra and Yeah I do the side leg lifts about 50on right leg but my bad left knee will only let me do about 35-40 on it. I've been doing the modified push ups on the wall like you said and then the only thing I have not been able to do yet is the standing squats those wear me out after like 5of them but today Sunday I did my exercises this morning and I made it to 4&1/2 mins standing/walking before my bad Left leg and back starts to hurt really bad . But I walk across my living room floor from one side to the other and instead of doing it 15 times I did it 20, this morning so I am getting it better a little bit at a time and hopefully within the next couple of months I can see a better idea of how much it is helping me with standing up on that bad leg.
